Cornerstone is a commercial business with a track record of success on delivering quality buildings and great returns for its investors. Its business model is built on bringing together the right combination of experience, commercial expertise and design flair. The team is led by Daniel Jackson, an experienced chartered construction professional who has worked on a wide range of projects across the UK and internationally. Daniel oversees the core Cornerstone team, making sure they have the skills to oversee the project as well as managing the partnerships with a range of leading professionals and advisors to ensure every project is a success.

DANIEL JACKSON -

The team is led by Daniel Jackson, an experienced property and construction professional who has worked on a wide range of projects, both across the UK and internationally, on a variety of commercial and high-end residential developments. A champion of change and progression in the industry throughout Northern Ireland (NI), Daniel brings a wealth of insight and expertise to sourcing development opportunities and maximising investment on anything from bespoke homes to city regeneration schemes. Daniel is passionate about constructing buildings which are environmentally sound and sustainable in order to transform spaces, regenerate communities and enhance people’s lives and wellbeing. He is committed to bringing light and hope to our local communities by developing sites which have been neglected and have a negative impact on their community. Daniel is leading the Cornerstone team on our mission to ‘Light up the dark corners of the City’.
CIARAN MCGIVERN - FINANCIAL DIRECTOR - LinkedIn
Ciaran is a graduate of the University of Ulster, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Member of the Institute of Bankers. Having qualified with KPMG in 1995, Ciaran joined Bank of Ireland Corporate Banking in Belfast in 1997. Over the course of his 18 year career with the bank, he held a number of senior and leadership positions including Regional Director (UK North), Head of Business Banking (GB) and Head of Business Banking (NI). In 2014 he joined Santander as Head of Real Estate Finance Ireland before founding a boutique corporate finance advisory practice in 2016 that has since supported a variety of Developer and Investor clients in the acquisition and delivery of a wide range of development and investment opportunities. Ciaran brings an extensive knowledge of the Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME) and Real Estate Sectors and is excited to share this with the Cornerstone team.
RACHEL GRAY - SYSTEMS AND ACCOUNTS MANAGER
Rachel brings a wide range of professional experiences, to include an in-depth knowledge of the construction industry, and a strong set of administrative skills to the team. She is passionate about structuring efficient working systems and processes which has not only brought value to the team but has also helped to support Cornerstone in going from strength to strength.

Lauren is enthusiastic about seeing the regeneration of cities which also has a positive impact in building and restoring communities. Lauren now oversees all aspects of Community Life and loves to create and design spaces that promote quality of life and are focused on the end-user and their everyday lifestyle.

Dani is a key member of the Cornerstone team and loves the value Cornerstone places on community and its ambition to help restore and regenerate Belfast.
